Community Involvement
John-Ross has always believed that real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It is about contributing to the community he calls home. He is a current board member and Past President of the Quinte Home Builders Association and has served on the board of Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward Hastings since 2022.
In 2016, his #icanrebuild campaign raised more than $30,000 for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation by camping on a rooftop in downtown Belleville to support local women’s shelters. Each year, he hosts Kids Got Talent, the largest fundraiser for the Children’s Safety Village, which brings people together to support child safety programs. He has also been a long-time supporter of the Enrichment Centre for Mental Health, continuing his family’s tradition of backing organizations that strengthen lives in the Quinte region.
For John-Ross, community involvement and real estate share the same foundation: people first.
